Chris Boshuizen

Chris Boshuizen is a seasoned professional in the space and technology sectors with extensive experience in investment and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Member of the Board of Advisors at Space for Humanity, Boshuizen is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Interplanetary Capital LLC, a fund focused on ultra-early stage investments in space and deep tech. With a long-standing association with DCVC since 2015, Boshuizen holds multiple titles including Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence. Additional contributions include involvement on the Board of Directors for Advance – Australia’s Global Community and serving as Founder and Manager of Interplanetary Records LLC, as well as a musical artist under the name Dr Chrispy. Boshuizen's prior board positions include TrustPoint, Kairos Aerospace, Capella Space, and Rocket Lab. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Physics and a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Sydney.
