Erica E.

Erica E. has a diverse background in human resources, starting with their role as a Sr. HR Manager at Kairos Aerospace in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ValvTechnologies from 2013 to 2022, where they held positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Before ValvTechnologies, Erica worked as an HR Generalist (contract) at Pentair from 2012 to 2013 and as an HR Consultant at BP from 2011 to 2012. Erica began their career as an HR Specialist at Sulzer from 2009 to 2011.

Erica E. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies at Prairie View A&M University. Erica then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2007 to 2009. Erica also obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
