Aman Bajaj

Aman leads the due diligence and financing efforts for acquisition candidates and also assists with the operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies.

Before joining Kairos Companies, Aman was a Managing Director at Revolution Capital Group where he led the M&A due diligence and financing efforts. Before Revolution, Aman was a Vice President at Macquarie Bank and was responsible for conducting due diligence and executing middle market mergers and acquisitions. He also worked in various roles at Giuliani Capital Advisors and Ernst and Young Corporate Finance where he represented several companies, lender groups, and unsecured creditor committees in transactions involving M&A advisory and financial restructurings.

In addition, Aman has held project management positions as Electrical and Systems Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services and Schindler AG, respectively.

Aman holds B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India, and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Aman lives in Beverly Hills, California, and enjoys chess, running, and travel in his free time.
