Alan Araki

Alan Araki has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Alan currently holds the position of Senior Investment Director at Kairos Investment Management Company, a role that they began in December 2022. Before joining Kairos, they worked as a CRE Investment Consultant/Advisor at Pono Real Estate Advisors LLC starting in January 2020. From April 2011 to December 2019, Alan served as the Senior Managing Director at Primestor Development. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Metzler North America from March 2006 to April 2011 and the Senior Director at CBRE Investors from March 2005 to February 2006. Alan began their career at Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Vice President in January 1998 and remained in that position until January 2005. Before that, they had various roles in brokerage, property management, and asset management at different companies from January 1990 to December 1997.

Alan Araki attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Businesss with a focus on Finance.
