Jeffrey Tong

Jeffrey Tong has an extensive work experience spanning several decades in the financial and real estate sectors. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Investment Director - Real Estate Credit at Kairos Investment Management Company since June 2023. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as a Relationship Manager at Genesis Capital LLC from June 2021 to March 2023. Jeffrey also served as a First Vice President at Cathay Bank from February 2018 to June 2021. Jeffrey's earlier roles include serving as a Senior Production Analyst at CBRE from September 2011 to February 2018, and as an Asset Manager Owned Real Estate at FDIC from March 2009 to September 2011. Jeffrey also worked as the Director of Due Diligence and Underwriting at Hanover Financial Company from November 2004 to August 2008, and as a Senior Investment Manager at Pacifica Real Estate Group from August 2002 to November 2004. Before that, they held the position of Director of Credit and Underwriting/VP Portfolio Management at Buchanan Street Partners from November 1999 to June 2002. Jeffrey's earlier roles include working as a Vice President at Kennedy Wilson from December 1997 to October 1999, and as an Underwriter and Portfolio Analyst at Heller Financial from February 1994 to December 1996.

Jeffrey Tong completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at UCLA from 1983 to 1988.
