Jonathan Needell

Jonathan Needell has a comprehensive work experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. Jonathan started their career at Merrill Lynch & Co. in 1992, where they held various positions in the Real Estate Group and Investment Banking Division. In 2000, they transitioned to the Corporate Finance Group, where they served as Director. In 2003, they joined Schnitzer Northwest as the Investment Director and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financing, investor relations, and strategic planning. In 2006, they moved to Kairos Investment Management Company, initially as CFO and currently serving as President & Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions, development activities, and asset management. In 2017, they joined Sterling Realty Organization, Co. as a Director.

Jonathan Needell attended Stratton Mountain School from 1983 to 1988, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at St. Lawrence University from 1988 to 1992. At St. Lawrence University, they double majored in Economics and History.
