James Stimola is currently working as an Acquisition Onboarding Associate and Sr Maintenance Associate at Kairos Living since April 2021. Prior to that, James worked as a Property Manager at a Mixed Use Property since February 2010. James also has experience in real estate sales as a Referral Agent and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty from April 2014 to April 2022. Additionally, James has experience in facilities coordination and property management at other companies such as SCO Family of Services and RESICAP. James also has a background in engineering and design, having owned and managed SRP Engineering from June 2004 to June 2018. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Elmira College.
