Jocelyn Saxon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Kairos Living since September 2019. Previously, Saxon held the position of Director and Chief of Staff at UBS within the Investment Solutions division from January 2016 to October 2018, providing strategic support and collaboration across various corporate functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategist in Investment Solutions at UBS Asset Management from 2005 to 2015, where Saxon was integral to investment strategy development and communications, as well as enhancing product growth. Saxon's career began as a Financial Consultant at MLP Financial Services from 2002 to 2004, specializing in tailored financial advice. Educational achievements include a Fulbright Research Grant at the Technical University of Braunschweig, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Germanic Studies from Boston College, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University.
