Willa Grinsfelder

Willa Grinsfelder is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in design and test engineering within the energy sector. Currently serving as Engineer 3 at Kairos Power since July 2023, Willa previously held multiple engineering roles at Natel Energy from May 2021 to March 2023, contributing to mechanical and design engineering projects. Willa's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Hopkins Student Wind Energy Team, where a multidisciplinary team was developed to compete in the DOE Collegiate Wind Competition, culminating in the design and construction of a wind turbine prototype. Willa's background also includes internships in solar engineering and roles in teaching and technical support at Johns Hopkins University, where Willa earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a second degree in Creative Writing.
