Marcus Kremer's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. In 2022, they worked as a Project Analyst at KAIROS, Inc. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2002, Marcus had a significant tenure at Aegis Acquisitions as the Chief of Staff. In this role, they directed firm partners on mergers and acquisition transactions, provided direction and feedback to clients and deal teams, and supervised the firm's general and administrative operations.
Before joining Aegis Acquisitions, Marcus served in the US Army from 2002 to 2022. During their time in the army, they held multiple positions such as Command Sergeant Major, Sr. Program Manager, and President of Operations. Marcus advised clients and sponsors on organizational programs and projects, led and guided more than 700 personnel, and planned and managed end-to-end projects and training programs.
In addition, Marcus served as Brigade Operations Sergeant Major, Sr. Project Manager, and VP of Operations. Marcus achieved objectives of the United States Army Pacific, supported several programs throughout the pacific region, and improved organizations' compliance with mission requirements.
Furthermore, Marcus held the roles of First Sergeant, Jr. Project Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations NCOIC. Marcus empowered organizations to successfully complete strategic exercises, supervised and advised project managers on logistical tasks and operations, and ensured project leads effectively communicated with sponsors and stakeholders.
Marcus also served as a Platoon Sergeant, Operations Manager, Drill Sergeant, and Section Sergeant during their time in the army. Marcus provided support to senior managers, maintained personnel readiness, and contributed to mission success.
Marcus Kremer completed their education in a progressive manner, starting with their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, which they pursued from 2002 to 2009. Afterward, Marcus attended Excelsior University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Excelsior University, which they completed in 2019.
Additionally, in February 2022, Marcus Kremer obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
