Jessica Ogden has a strong background in various industries, from telecommunications to production. Jessica currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Kaisa, where Jessica aligns people strategy with business strategy. Prior to this, Jessica worked as Head of Customer Operations at the same company. Previously, Jessica held roles at IP-Only as a Delivery Coordinator, at Com Hem AB as a Resource Dispatch Planner, and at Kodak Nordic AB as a Production Leader. Jessica has undergone leadership training and holds a degree from Uppsala University.
