Brandon Ford, MBA, is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background spanning over 20 years in production and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Plant Engineer at Kaiser Aluminum since June 2019, Brandon leads and designs plant projects while collaborating with team members. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Manager at Magna International and Lead Production Supervisor at Shiloh Industries, where responsibilities involved coaching supervisors, managing production schedules, and overseeing training. Brandon also gained experience as an Automated Assembly Production Supervisor at InSinkErator, Production Supervisor at DRS Power & Control Technologies, and Coordinator for the Naval Recruiting District Nashville.
