Bryan Shea

Bryan Shea, PHR is an experienced HR and labor relations professional currently working at Kaiser Aluminum since January 2015. Prior to their current position, Bryan worked at Barrick Gold Corporation from October 1996 to July 2014 in various roles such as Human Resources Superintendent and Process Superintendent. Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management. Additionally, Bryan holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Great Basin College.
