Vice President Flat Rolled Products at Kaiser Aluminum

Scott Endres has a strong background in the aluminum industry, with extensive experience at Kaiser Aluminum and Nichols Aluminum LLC. Scott began their career at Nichols Aluminum LLC as a Cold Rolling Manager from July 1996 to September 1997. Scott then joined Kaiser Aluminum as a Project Engineer from September 1997 to February 2002, and later served as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager from February 2002 to August 2005. Scott then took on the role of Project Manager from August 2005 to March 2009, and subsequently became the Engineering and Maintenance Manager from March 2009 to October 2010. Scott then served as the Plant Manager at Trentwood Works from October 2010 to March 2014, before being promoted to Vice President of Flat Rolled Products in March 2014.

Scott Endres received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the period of 1985 to 1991. Scott later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Washington from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Reliability Leader from the Association of Asset Management Professionals in 2017, Lean Manager Certification from Productivity Inc. in 2012, and Strategic Metals Management from the Metals Service Center Institute in 2008.
