Swetha Pandiri

Swetha Pandiri is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in data analytics, business systems, and education. Currently serving as the Manager of FP&A Business Systems at Kaiser Aluminum since June 2023, Swetha also holds a position as a Teaching Assistant at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where rapid promotion to this role followed recognition for exceptional performance as a Course Assistant.
