Azulina Green is the current principal at Kaiser Associates. Azulina has also worked as a New Leaders Council Fellow, associate director at The Beacon Group, Institute Trainee at CISabroad, program assistant at McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives, and project management intern at The Hashemite Fund for the Development of Jordan Badia.

Green has always been interested in helping others and making a difference in the world. Azulina pursued this interest by studying international affairs and education. After completing their studies, they worked in various administrative and programmatic roles in organizations focused on international development and education. In these roles, they gained valuable experience in writing grants, conducting evaluations, researching programs, and managing projects.

In their current role as principal at Kaiser Associates, Green is responsible for leading a team of consultants who provide analysis and advice to clients in the public and private sectors. Azulina is also responsible for business development and client management. Under their leadership, the team has successfully completed projects for clients such as the World Bank, the United Nations, and UNESCO.

Azulina Green received their Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies. Azulina then attended the Jordan Language Academy. After that, they studied abroad as a student in Jordan: Modernization and Social Change through the School for International Training.

They are on a team with Will Lancaster - Principal, Mariana Goldstein - Vice President, Kaiser São Paulo, and Ron Sokolov - VP, Public Sector Practice. Their manager is Antonio Napole, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, LATAM.
