The leadership team at Kaiser Associates has a diverse range of experiences and educational backgrounds. Many members of the team have worked in consulting, strategy, and operations for companies such as KPMG, Bay Hill Consulting, Grant Thornton LLP, and Celanese. Other members have experience in academia, including teaching at the clp - centro de liderança pública and The Wharton School. The team also has experience in the technology industry, with members having worked for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cerego.
