Jennifer Tolbert

Jennifer Tolbert has been working at Kaiser Family Foundation since July 2005, holding the title of Director, State Health Reform. Prior to this, Jennifer was with the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems from 2002 to 2005, where Jennifer served as Assistant Vice President for Policy. Jennifer holds a Master's in Public Health and Master's in Social Work in Public Health Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Virginia.
