Athan Bezaitis

Athan Bezaitis has extensive experience in communications and public relations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations at Kaiser Permanente, specifically for The Permanente Federation, Athan has previously held the position of Health Policy Senior Communications Consultant at The SCAN Foundation. Additionally, Athan has worked as the Communications Manager at the University of Southern California and as the Director of Communications for the San Francisco Chronicle. Athan’s early career included a role as Assistant to the Deputy Editor and freelancing at the San Francisco Chronicle, along with an internship focused on building community at Columbia University.
