Beth Urfer

Beth Urfer, MA, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Kaiser Permanente since January 2019, Beth supports strategic initiatives and HR functions including employee relations and organizational change. Prior roles encompass leadership positions at JVS - San Francisco, where Beth developed talent management strategies, and served as Vice President of Programs, facilitating training and placement services for thousands of clients. Previous experience includes consultancy for the California Alliance of Child and Family Services, operations leadership at Unified Compassionate Solutions and CVE, Inc., and directing services at Mount St. Joseph - St. Elizabeth for adolescent care. Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
