Deborah Jones

Deborah Jones is an experienced professional in consumer experience design and health promotion, currently serving as an Experience Designer at Kaiser Permanente since August 2012. Deborah has held various roles within the organization, including Executive Consultant and Lead Business Consultant, focusing on improving Clinical Contact Center performance and enhancing the consumer experience on a national scale. Notable achievements include leading cross-departmental teams to implement key initiatives, managing a consumer experience dashboard, and designing employee wellness programs. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Deborah worked as a Health Promotion and Education Consultant at Chevron, developing wellness programs for a diverse workforce. Deborah holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University - East Bay.
