Farhan Bokhari

Farhan Bokhari, PharmD RPh, is a knowledgeable pharmacist with significant experience in the pharmacy sector, currently working with Kaiser Permanente since December 2019. Prior to this role, Farhan served as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy from October 2016 to February 2020 and worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Earlier experience includes a position as a Member Services Associate at Eagle Community Credit Union. Farhan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Keck Graduate Institute, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University-Dominguez Hills, earned in May 2019.
