Jenna Shaw-Battista

Jenna Shaw-Battista, PhD, RN, NP, CNM, FACNM, is a seasoned Nurse Midwife with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving at Sutter Davis Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. Jenna has held several leadership roles, including Director of Perinatal Services at CommuniCare Health Centers and oversight as an appointed member of the Nurse-Midwifery Advisory Committee with the California Board of Registered Nursing. An educator as well, Jenna was instrumental in launching the Master’s Entry Program in Nursing at the University of California, Davis, and also held academic positions at UCSF, contributing significantly to nursing and midwifery education. Jenna has earned advanced degrees, including a PhD in Nursing and Midwifery, and is dedicated to promoting diversity in the nursing workforce.
