Jonathan Kingsley

Jonathan Kingsley is an experienced legal and security professional currently serving as the Service Area Security Leader at Kaiser Permanente since October 2024. Previously, Jonathan held multiple key positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from May 2005 to September 2024, including Chief Division Counsel, where Jonathan provided critical legal advice to senior leaders in the San Francisco Field Office, and Associate Division Counsel, ensuring compliance and ethical guidance for personnel. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Agent at both the FBI and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), as well as a Contracts Specialist at NXP Semiconductors. Jonathan's legal career began in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, where Jonathan served in various capacities, culminating as a Staff Judge Advocate. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Indiana University Bloomington.
