Kelsey Beck

Kelsey Beck is an experienced government relations professional currently serving as the Government Relations Director for Washington State at Kaiser Permanente since December 2021. Previously, Kelsey held various roles within the City of Seattle, including Regional Affairs Director and Senior Policy Advisor, where strategic policy development and advice were provided for construction contracting and purchasing programs. Kelsey also worked as a Legislative Aide for Seattle City Council, a State Legislative Liaison, and a Public Policy Manager for Food Lifeline, demonstrating a strong background in legislative advocacy and public policy aimed at addressing hunger and human services. Kelsey has actively participated in community initiatives as a board member and policy committee co-chair for various organizations and holds a Master of Arts in Policy Studies from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies with a focus on Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
