Lauren Fode

Lauren Fode, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operational management and project coordination within clinical settings. Currently serving as a Practice Advisor at Kaiser Permanente since October 2023, Lauren provides consulting expertise to Clinic Leaders to enhance stakeholder alignment and drive clinical initiatives. Previously, Lauren held roles such as Practice Manager at RejuvenationMD, overseeing the successful launch of a new clinic location, and Clinic Manager at Overlake Medical Center, where COVID-19 testing workflows were implemented. Earlier positions include management roles at Valley Medical Center, Seattle Public Schools, and Online Trading Academy, among others. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and has completed coursework in Certified Associate in Project Management.
