Maria Coghill

Maria Coghill is an experienced mental health and wellness executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Regional Mental Health and Wellness at Kaiser Permanente, Maria previously held senior positions at Optum, including Senior Director of National Strategy & Operations and Director of Operations Innovation. Earlier career experience includes Senior Lean Consultant at The Everett Clinic and Director of Ambulatory Psychiatry Services at Seattle Children's, where additional roles included Manager of Bellevue Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Clinic and Performance Consultant. Maria began the professional journey as a Clinician at Compass Health. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University and completion of the Leadership Snohomish County Signature Class.
