Marija Dokic

Marija Dokic, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kaiser Permanente since February 2023, Marija previously held roles including Labor Relations for the City of Sacramento from July 2022 to February 2023, Human Resources Manager at Sacramento Drilling, Inc. from February 2022 to July 2022, and Labor Relations Analyst for the California Department of Justice between May 2018 and April 2022. Marija’s earlier career included a position as Operations Manager at Tri Counties Bank from February 2012 to January 2018. Marija holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from the American Public University System.
