Narmada Gosula

Narmada Gosula is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. At Kaiser Permanente since September 2013, Narmada has held various leadership roles, currently serving as Sr. IT Solution Consultant and Lead Product Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing the Product Design for the Self-Service platform and engaging with stakeholders for requirements gathering. Previous roles at Kaiser Permanente also include Technical Product Owner for a significant Claims Platform Modernization program and Lead Software Engineer in Test for the Finance/Billing application. Prior experience includes leadership positions at MobiTV and Google, focusing on API testing and technical support for payment systems. Narmada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
