Noreen McKeon

Noreen McKeon, MPA, SPHR, currently serves as the PACE Center Director at the Center for Elders' Independence since January 2022, where effective leadership is demonstrated in creating person-centered care plans for the elderly. Prior to this role, Noreen held the position of Director of Programs at The Redwoods from August 2014 to January 2022, overseeing a holistic health management program and leading cross-departmental collaboration. Noreen has experience in various managerial roles, including COA Program Manager at NCPHS, Interim Housing Manager at Northern California Service League, Residential Supervisor at Burt's Children Center, and Human Resources & Operational Consultant at CHAT Communication Services. Notable earlier positions include Executive Director at Planned Parenthood San Joaquin Valley and Program Director at AIDS Project of the East Bay. Noreen's academic background includes a Master’s in Public Health Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University at Albany, SUNY.
