Pam Owens

Pam Owens has extensive experience in organizational development and effectiveness, with a career spanning from 1998 to 2025. Early roles included Senior Consultant at Right Management and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Pam advanced to leadership positions at LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. as Director of Global Training and Organizational Development, and later served as Director, HR Business Partner and Director of Organizational Development at The Clorox Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Coaching Certification from New Ventures West.
