Russell Pitts is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational training, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Kaiser Permanente since March 2015, where responsibilities include supporting over 6,000 employees across multiple locations. In addition to this role, Russell leads Coach Me Up Consulting, providing coaching and professional training for mid-level leaders, utilizing expertise in various methodologies such as MBTI and Situational Leadership.
