Shelly Martin

Shelly Martin is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in operational leadership and Medicare performance management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Medicare Performance Management at Kaiser Permanente, Shelly previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at HarmonyCares and President at Optum. Earlier in the career, Shelly served as Vice President of Operations at HealthCare Partners Nevada. Education includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Additionally, Shelly took a career break for full-time parenting.
