Stephen has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, University of California Office of the President, BNY Mellon, Black Knight, and FIS. Stephen's experience includes overseeing software development, leading enterprise architecture projects, modernizing systems to cloud-based solutions, and promoting agile methodologies. Stephen has a strong educational background with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of San Carlos.
