Sulabh Dayal

Sulabh Dayal is an accomplished technology consultant with extensive experience in HR technology and systems management. Currently serving as an Oracle HCM Cloud consultant at Kaiser Permanente since January 2024, Sulabh previously held the position of Director, CFO Tech Advisory at Accordion, where responsibilities included collaborating with C-level executives to devise strategies and IT roadmaps for business growth. Prior experience includes a decade as Director of HR Technology at Magnit, overseeing the alignment of product roadmaps with strategic goals, and roles as Solutions Architect and Senior Engineer within the same organization.
