Taylor Ray

Taylor Ray, CPHQ, is a seasoned quality and safety improvement consultant currently serving at Kaiser Permanente since August 2025. Previously, Taylor held the position of Regulatory Readiness Program Manager at Legacy Health, where responsibilities included facilitating regulatory survey activities and supporting compliance efforts. Taylor also worked as a Quality and Patient Safety Program Manager at Legacy Health, focusing on enhancing clinical practice and patient safety through continuous quality improvement principles. At Northwest Human Services, Inc., Taylor served as Quality Management Specialist and Safety Officer, and earlier roles include Quality Improvement Associate and Quality Improvement Assistant within the same organization.
