Tisha Glass

Tisha Glass, MA, CPHQ, serves as the Principal Consultant for National NCQA Readiness at Kaiser Permanente since February 2016, while also working as a Surveyor and holding various titles including Accreditation Manager and Product Development Manager at NCQA since May 2009. Tisha has experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Healthcare Quality at George Washington University from December 2010 to January 2017, and has held leadership roles such as Director of Quality at Evergreen Health and Senior Healthcare Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Tisha's earlier career includes serving as Sr. Management Engineer at Henry Ford Health System and Manager of Quality Management at Health Alliance Plan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Health Promotion and Program Management and a dual Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health Education, both obtained from Central Michigan University.
