Maureen Waterson

Maureen Waterson has over 25 years of professional experience in sales, customer success, and change management. Maureen began their career in 1994 at IBM as a Sr. Consultant in the IBM SAP Consulting Practice. In 2001, they moved to IBM Canada Ltd. as a Client Executive in the Computer Services Sector. Maureen was promoted to Sales Leader in the Financial Services Sector in 2013, and in 2017 they moved to SAP Ariba as a Solution Sales Executive. In 2022, they joined The Change Company as a Change Management Advisor and Kaitongo as Vice President of Sales Enablement and Customer Success.

Maureen Waterson obtained a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta. In 2004-2005, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education. Maureen also obtained a B.Sc., Honours Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. Maureen Waterson also attended Harvard Business School and the University of Waterloo, but did not receive any additional certifications.
