Petra Wise has extensive work experience in customer service and customer experience roles. Petra currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Experience at Kaiyo since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Modsy from October 2021 to August 2022, where they served as Vice President Operations and Senior Director of Customer Experience. Prior to that, Petra held the position of Head of Customer Service Strategy at ezCater from January 2016 to May 2021. Petra was responsible for overseeing all customer service operations and team management. Petra has also held roles at SOCAP as a Board Director and at Cartera Commerce, Inc as Director of Customer Care, Senior Manager of Customer Care, and Customer Care Representative. Their roles at Cartera Commerce involved managing customer care operations, training offshore teams, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer care practices.

Petra Wise attended Bridgewater State University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at the university, they studied Communications Studies and Theater Arts, as well as English. In 2013, Petra enrolled at Harvard Extension School and completed their studies in 2014. However, it is unknown what degree or field of study they pursued during this period.
