Christos Tzalavras

Christos Tzalavras serves as the Chief Product Officer at Kaizen Gaming since October 2012, leading various Product teams to enhance global customer experience across multiple domains, including Sportsbook, Gaming, and Payments. With a background that includes roles as Senior Director of Sports and Director of Product, Christos has a strong focus on product strategy, budgeting, team development, and the alignment of business objectives with customer experience. Prior to Kaizen Gaming, Christos held positions in marketing and communications, demonstrating expertise in commercial strategy and customer relationship management, alongside academic involvement as a Research Fellow at Cyprus University of Technology. Christos holds a Master's degree in Political Communication and Marketing from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
