Marina Souroupidou is an experienced professional in operations quality control and fraud analysis, currently holding the position of Operations Quality Control Analyst at Kaizen Gaming since August 2021, where previous roles included Risk & Fraud Analyst and Junior Risk & Fraud Analyst. Prior to this, Marina worked at Altair Travel Agency S.A. - Tripair.com - Petas.gr from September 2016 to July 2021 as a Fraud & Chargeback Analyst, responsible for identifying fraudulent transactions and developing protective measures against fraud. Marina's career began in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant from August 2014 to August 2016, following customer service roles at Hotel Grand Resort Lagonissi and EX-AN Ltd.
