Jorge F. Libano has extensive experience in management and consultancy, serving as General Manager and Senior International Coach & Consultant at Kaizen Institute since 2005, where expertise includes implementing Kaizen Lean Organizational Changes across diverse industries such as food, construction, and automotive. Previously, Jorge worked as a Production Manager at Fehst Componentes Lda, overseeing a team of 242 in various production areas, and held multiple roles at Volkswagen Autoeuropa, including Production and Maintenance Specialist and Manufacturing Planning Engineer.
