Vinod Grover

Vinod Grover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean practices and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Kaizen Institute South Asia since January 2019, Grover has also been a Director at Kaizen Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd. since November 2000, where consulting services are provided to clients in manufacturing, service industries, agriculture, and government sectors. Previous roles include President at Electronica Machine Tools Ltd., where Lean techniques were implemented in machine tool manufacturing, and Vice President of Corporate Development at DGP Windsor, focusing on Concurrent Engineering and new product development methodologies. Grover holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an education from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
