Ltd. since April 2007. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues, alongside managing broadband internet connections within the department. Prior roles include IT Helpdesk Engineer cum Call Coordinator for Integrated System & Services, overseeing IT facility management for Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., and Service Engineer cum Spare Faculty for Sigma Consortium Pvt. Ltd., delivering computer education to schools in the Guwahati region.
