Steve Skrysak has over 20 years of experience in executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employer branding, software development, and talent acquisition. Steve began their career in 2001 as an Instructor for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET). In 2003, they became self-employed and explored business opportunities in software development, BPO, and manufacturing in China. In 2004, they joined Oak Associates as a Consultant and was the highest revenue producer in the Tokyo office during their first two quarters. In 2006, they became the Director of Technology Practice at RGF Executive Search Japan and built the firm's Technology Search Practice. In 2012, they joined Pacific Reach Advisors, Inc. as President and managed a boutique executive search, RPO, and software development firm. Steve also supported special projects for other business units in Recruit. In 2014, they were appointed as the Japan Start-Up Recruiting Head for AdRoll and was responsible for all local recruitment and employer branding. In 2017, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of KAIZEN RECRUIT, an end-to-end recruiting software and standalone video interviewing tools for both in-house and agency recruiters. In 2021, they were appointed as the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for Mapbox and the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for Experis Executive, a subsidiary of Manpower Group. At Experis Executive, they are responsible for Manpower Group's Executive Search and RPO business units in the Japanese market. Steve is also the exclusive distributor of KAIZEN RECRUIT's automated hiring software platform and the first recruitment firm in Japan to combine best-in-class recruitment software with human expertise.

Steve Skrysak obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001, having started their studies there in 1997.
