Dao Jensen began their career in 2004 as a Regional Manager at Symantec/Veritas, where they managed a sales team in the Pacific North West. In 2009, they moved to CommVault as a Regional Sales Director. In 2012, they founded and became President of A.S.P.I.R.E SF CA. In 2007, they became an Alumna of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., The Women's Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking. In 2013, they became the CEO of Oak Rocket, a women owned company comprised of executives who have built data centers from the ground up. In 2019, they became a Founding Member of FirstBoard.io\u00ae, a curated group of accomplished female executives in technology, working together to increase the representation of women on boards and at the highest level of corporate governance and management. In 2019, they became a Board Member of the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women. In 2021, they joined C200 as a Member, a powerful community of the most successful women in business, representing companies with more than $1.4 trillion in combined revenue and employing more than 2.5 million people. In 2021, they joined the Board of Advisors at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. Finally, in 2022, they became Membership Chair and Board member of YPO Pacific West.
Dao Jensen attended Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a BS in Finance. Dao then attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the Owner/President Management Program from 2018 to 2022.
