Cat Lovejoy has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Clinical Receptionist at Boulder Community Hospital. In 2009, they joined Kaizo Health as a Senior Patient Experience Representative, where they led a team of front desk personnel and provided customer service and administrative support to multiple practitioners. In 2012, Cat Lovejoy was promoted to Director of Service Excellence, overseeing operations, customer service, service excellence, and culture of the company. Cat managed and trained administrative staff in all clinics and directly supervised the centralized scheduling team. In October 2019, they became the Director of Integrated Operations, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.
Cat Lovejoy received a High School Diploma from Mamaroneck High School in 2001. Cat then attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2005.
