Director Of Customer Success at Kajabi

Jackson Culley has a diverse work experience. Jackson started their career at Forward Printing, Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Production & Account Manager until 2015. In 2015, they joined Eight by Eight as an Editorial Assistant for a short period of time.

Later in 2015, Culley joined ServiceTitan, where they held multiple roles. Jackson started as a Sales Development Representative and then transitioned to a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring a high retention rate. From 2018 to 2020, Culley served as the Manager of SMB Customer Success, where they successfully built and led a team of 16 Customer Success Managers and contributed to substantial revenue growth.

In 2020, Culley moved to Kajabi and is currently working as the Director of Customer Success.

Jackson Culley attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Photography. During the same period, they also attended Tufts University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Photography.
