Janessa Mast has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Janessa began their career as a Brand Specialist at CycleBar, where they led the launch of two new studios and developed a team of health and wellness professionals. Janessa then worked as a Marketing Manager and Experience Consultant at StretchLab Franchise, where they managed post-sales activities and provided strategic consultation. Janessa also served as a Social Media & Community Manager at The Defining Difference, where they planned and executed marketing campaigns for various clients. Additionally, they worked as a Spin Instructor and Team Manager at BurnCycle PDX, where they managed the flagship studio and implemented customer service policies. Prior to that, Janessa held the role of Social Media Director at Patty Aubery Consulting LLC and Marketing, Social Media, and Community Director at Patty Aubery Consulting/Canfield Training Group. In these positions, they oversaw social media strategies and managed online communities. Most recently, Janessa worked as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Coastal Properties, where they served as the central marketing and design leader and developed strategies to drive company-wide efficiency. Janessa currently holds the position of Community Manager at Kajabi.

Janessa Mast completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Corban University in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Health & Human Wellness with a focus on Psychology at Warner Pacific University from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their educational background, Janessa also obtained a certification in Adobe InDesign CC from Kinetic Business Solutions FZ in January 2020.
