Roman Chursin

Roman Chursin has extensive experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Roman is currently employed at Kajabi as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they drive the overall test strategy and integration testing efforts across teams. Roman is responsible for creating effective test plans for complex features and maintaining reliable and scalable automated test suites. In addition, Roman mentors others on design, coding, and testing, and advocates the potential impact of bugs to stakeholders for prioritization.

Prior to their current role, Roman worked at Prana Coders as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2017 to 2021. Roman also has experience at Alpha Development Of Florida LLC, where they served as a Software Quality Analyst from 2015 to 2017 and as a Software Quality Assurance Intern from 2014 to 2015.

Roman Chursin's education history includes a period from 2004 to 2006 when they attended the Saint Petersburg National State University of Physical Education, Sports and Health named after P. F. Lesgaft. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Health and Sport Science. Additionally, Roman has obtained several certifications, including the Python Automation Engineer certification from the Python Institute in March 2021. More recently, in July 2022, they completed the Learn the Command Line Course and the Python 3 Course, both offered by Codecademy. In November 2022, they also obtained the Learn Ruby Course certification from Codecademy.
